The hydraulic system consists of a power component (oil pump), an actuator (cylinder or hydraulic motor), control components (various valves), auxiliary components and working medium.

1, power components (oil pump)

Its function is to convert the liquid energy of the liquid using the prime mover into hydraulic pressure energy; it is the power part of the hydraulic transmission.

2, the actuator (cylinder, hydraulic motor)

It converts the hydraulic energy of a liquid into mechanical energy. Among them, the cylinder makes a linear motion and the motor performs a rotary motion.

3. Control components

Including pressure valves, flow valves and directional valves.

Their role is to adjust the speed of the liquid motor steplessly as needed, and to regulate and control the pressure, flow and flow direction of the working fluid in the hydraulic system.

4, auxiliary components

In addition to the above three components, including pressure gauges, oil filters, energy storage devices, coolers, pipe fittings and fuel tanks, they are equally important.

PS: Pipe fittings mainly include: various pipe joints (flare, welded, ferrule, flange), high pressure ball valve, quick change joint, hose assembly, pressure tap, pipe clamp, etc.

Hydraulic pipe joints are divided into: hydraulic hoses, high pressure ball valves, quick connectors, ferrule fittings, welded pipe joints, high pressure hoses.

The most significant difference between a hydraulic pipe joint and a common pipe joint is that the hydraulic pressure is surprisingly large, and the impact of the hydraulic oil pipe suddenly bursting oil is large. It is not possible to replace the special joint with ordinary ones, because the hydraulic pressure can withstand a lot of pressure.

5, working medium

Working medium refers to hydraulic oil or emulsion in various hydraulic transmissions. It converts energy through oil pump and liquid motor. The hydraulic system is the movement and power transmission through the medium.
