1, the installation of technical requirements:

(3) The concentricity tolerance of the crusher spindle and motor spindle is ¢0.1 mm;
(4) The axis angle of the flywheel coupling and the motor coupling of the crusher is ≤ 40′.
2. Installation The installation layout diagram provided in this manual is only used to indicate the arrangement position of the crusher and the motor. The user should design the overall installation layout diagram according to the specific conditions of the pattern, such as loading and discharging. The crusher installation should be performed after the reinforced concrete foundation has been dried.
The ring hammer crusher installation method is as follows:
(1) During installation, first check the position of each reserved hole on the foundation, whether the installation elevation is consistent with the installation layout, and then hoist the crusher and the motor separately on the foundation, align the pre-pulled centerline on the foundation, and The initial use of wedge-shaped pad to meet the installation of the technical requirements, and lock the anchor bolts, followed by the second basic watering work.
(2) After the concrete foundation to be poured for the second time has been dried, finely adjust the crusher to meet the technical requirements for installation (1) and (2), and tighten the anchor nut of the crusher, then fine Adjust the motor so that it complies with the technical requirements of paragraph (3) and (4) of the installation, and tighten the motor ground nut.
