1 Preparation
1.1 Before using for the first time, you should read the operating instructions of this machine in detail to master the principle and operation procedures.
1.2 Check that the cooling oil, diesel oil, engine oil, and lubricating grease at each lubrication point must not be short-circuited and refilled in advance.
1.3 Is the mechanical connection tight?
1.4 Inspect the obstacles in the working scope of the drill rig and remove it if any.
1.5 Check whether the drill pipe joint is slipped, whether there is any crack on the shell of the impactor, whether the alloy bit column of the drill bit falls off, and if any problem is found, promptly handle it.
1.6 Check whether the connecting bolts of each department are loose and whether the feed chain is tight.
1.7 Check whether each joint is firm and accurate.
1.8 Install the rig so that the operator is at the uptake, align the hole with the rig and level it.
1.9 Start the air compressor and wait until the air pressure is normal before drilling.
2 start and operation
2.1 Place the fuel adjustment lever at 1/2 of the total stroke, turn the starter key clockwise to the “start” position, and release it immediately after the engine starts. Each start shall not exceed 15 seconds. The start interval shall not be less than 2 minutes. .
2.2 After starting, check whether each meter indicator is normal.
2.3 Open hole drilling should be light pressure slow drilling, 80-100 mm after drilling to adjust the normal parameters.
2.4 When it is found that the drilling speed is significantly changed and the powder discharging effect is not good, it is necessary to drill in time to check the drill bit and drilling conditions.
2.5 When working pressure is lower than 0.35Mpa, drilling should be stopped.
2.6 It is strictly prohibited to reverse the drill pipe in the hole to prevent the drill tool from falling into the hole.
2.7 Care should be taken to avoid or exceed the limit position.
2.8 When starting and stopping the oil pump, the reversing valve should be in the neutral position and the pressure regulating valve should be in the unloaded state.
